It has been quite awhile since i've updated my blog.. my apologies. To make up for the lack of entries, i've decided to make this one a good one. Heh so lemme start off with a joke.
There was this farmer. Let's name him Mr. Kickapoo(A bottle's right in front of me see). Mr Kickapoo, was a very unique man. He loved tractors. He simply adored them. He'd have models in his living room, paintings in his bedroom, stacks of Tractors Monthly in his mag stand, and of course, a tractor in his farm.
One day, he was milking a cow when a tractor ran him over, and knocked him unconscious for 2 years.
He woke up, remembering nothing. He couldn't recall anything, other than the near fatal incident 2 years ago. From that day on, he vowed never to drive a tractor again. He began to detest those big wheeled thingys. So he changed his occupation. He became a miner.
One day, while working at the mines, there was a gas leak. Methane began to saturate the mine. As u know, methane's explosive. A spark would cause the whole place to blow. Everyone began to panic. Mr. Kickapoo, however, was a cool as a cucumber. He inhaled all the methane, then walked out of the mine, before exhaling the explosive gas into the atmosphere, saving the miners' lives. "Wow, how'd u do that?" one miner asked Mr. Kickapoo. "Simple," he replied. "You see, I used to be a huge tractor fan."

Funny? To me it was.
Results come out tomorrow, and i'm having kind of a mixed feeling. I'm nervous, but at the same time i'm kind of happy. I don't really understand why. I guess it's because i've put in so much for the prelims, and tomorrow will mark the end of the whole exam process. Yes i know, there is the O's. But really, the way i see it, the biggest hurdle is the prelims. The prelims to me is the preparation for the O's, just like how studying is the prep for an exam, or training is the prep for the competition. If preparation goes well and is completed, then all's well. Of course, things can go wrong during the exam, but that we do not really have control of do we? Just leaving it in God's hands.. So with the Prelims done, there's just a little revision left for me to do to the O's. That's it.
You may think that i'm taking it quite lightly, these exams. But i don't really believe in mugging till the wee hours. Yeah, it may work, but there's not much retention of knowledge. You remember the facts for the exam, and forget it immediately after the test's over. Not right i say. I say studying is to gain the knowledge to actually know things. Not just writing the correct words and numbers on foolscap paper. But hey, my opinion only. :)

'Seniors Night' was actually pretty fun. Only thing was that it wasn't special. It was real fun, but not memorable? Something like that. It was more of a boy's night out. Hey those are always fun. Booyah.
